Common Vending Questions

How can you refund a credit/debit card if the machine did not dispense anything?

When a credit/debit card is used, the amount of funds are marked as reserved on your account until the transaction completes. If no item is dispensed, then the temporary hold on those funds should release in 3-5 business days.

If after five business days your account does not reflect this (showing a completed charge instead), call the number on the vending machine for a refund.

How can you refund money if the machine did not dispense anything?

Report the issue by either calling the phone number or scanning the QR code on the machine. We will gladly refund your money and have the machine repaired.

Will there be snacks once Coca-Cola is the new vendor?

Yes. Coca-Cola United is a full-service provider offering a full range of snacks and beverages.

Where can I find Pepsi products?

Pepsi products are available in most high traffic areas on campus. You can contact your campus's vending services for exact location.

Will scantrons still be sold in the machines?

Yes. Scantrons vending machines are managed by the �鶹��ý Bookstore, A Barnes & Noble College Store. (Those machines are NOT associated with our snack/drink vendor.)

Coca-Cola United and Five Star Food Service have exclusive vending rights for all beverages on the �鶹��ý (�鶹��ý) campuses.
