Dr. Darcy Hayes is the Associate Vice President for Well-Being for Â鶹´«Ã½ and the Dean of Students for the Gainesville Campus. In this role, she serves as a member of the Student Engagement and Success Leadership Team and works with the well-being areas, including Student Counseling, Student Accessibility Services, Student Health Services, and Campus Recreation and Wellness. She joined the Â鶹´«Ã½ community in 2011. 

She holds a doctorate in Education Leadership from Valdosta State University with a concentration in Higher Education.
