David began teaching Spanish at Â鶹´«Ã½ in the fall of 2016. He teaches introductory and intermediate levels of Spanish language, as well as beginning French. In addition to the basic-language sequence, he also teaches Spanish Conversation (SPAN 3310), History of the Spanish Language (SPAN 4430) and Acquisition of Spanish as a Second Language (SPAN 3420). While at Â鶹´«Ã½, he has had the pleasure of serving the department as the Â鶹´«Ã½ in Spain study abroad program director, where he teaches SPAN 4990 Special Topics, focusing on discovering language and culture through the Camino de Santiago.
